Returns & Exchanges:
We gladly accept cancellations if a request is within: 1 hour of purchase.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns and we don't accept returns or exchanges on Any Custom Items. All sales are final with no exchanges or refunds. However, please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
For Custom Hometown Coasters, proofs will be sent for your approval.

For Custom Orders - we will send you an invoice after we receive your Custom Order form submission or call for payment. Please make sure your email address and phone number are current. When ordering our Custom Hometown Coasters, we will not invoice you until your proofs are approved.
